Take out your agro insurance from DallBogg and apply by the State Fund for a subsidy of up to 65% of the insurance premium

The lodging of applications for the insurance of agro production has started

State Fund “Agriculture” (SFA) has reported that applications are being accepted under the Scheme for State Aid for co-financing insurance premiums when insuring agricultural production. Applications will be accepted in the Regional Directorates of the Fund as of 21st March 2016 until the resources for the Scheme last, but not later than the 31st of August 2016.

The owners have to present their insurance policies in the Implementation of Schemes and Support Measures Department in the Regional Directorates by the 30th of September. The deadline for contracting and disbursement of funds is the 16th of December this year.

The 2016 budget of the State Aid is BGN 1.5 million. The maximum aid a farmer could receive is 65% of the insurance premium.

All small and medium farmers who grow fruit, vegetables, oil-bearing crops and tobacco are encouraged to voluntarily get a DallBogg insurance for covering their agricultural production against adverse climatic events and apply for a subsidy of up to 65% of the cost of insurance by the SFA.
