\nA home inspection is not carried out, while at insuring possessions against “Burglary” amounting to less than 5,000 leva, there is no need to be inventoried;
\nNo need ownership documents (Notarial Deed) to be presented;
\nYou can insure not only your own home but also your parents\u2019 or relatives\u2019 one. The home\u2019s owner does not have obligatorily to attend – you can conclude the insurance on their behalf.
\n\"house_is_a_great_gift\"<\/a>Risks covered:<\/strong>
\n“Basic coverage” \u2013 against fire, thunder, lightning, explosion,
\nimplosion, collision (fall) of aircraft, flying bodies, parts and objects falling from them.
\n“Extended coverage 1”: Natural disasters – storm, hurricane, hail, torrential rain, severity and soaking due to natural accumulation of ice and snow, frost, flood due to natural disasters, damage from falling trees, branches and other external objects due to natural disasters sliding snow masses (avalanche);
\n“Extended coverage 2”: Wetting because of bursting of plumbing, sewage, heating, ventilation, sprinkler (fire) steam systems or of a forgotten open valve.
\n“Extra coverage 1”: Burglary and\/or use of technical devices;
\n“Extra coverage 2”: Vandalism, arson and malicious explosion;
\n“Extra coverage 3”: Robbery;
\n“Extra coverage 4”: Short circuit, overvoltage or electric shock;
\n“Extra coverage 5”: Damage to insured property in blow from a vehicle or an animal, which do not belong or are out of the control of the Insured;
\n“Extra coverage 6”: Earthquake;
\n“Extra coverage 7”: Landslide and rockslide;
\n“Extra coverage 8”: Damage from the action of waves;
\n“Extended coverage 1”: Breaking windows and showcases;
\n“Extended coverage 2”: Damage to insured property during its transportation from one address to another;
\n“Extended coverage 3”: Loss of rental income;
\n“Extended coverage 4”: Civil liability to third parties;
\n“Extended coverage 5”: Costs to prevent or limit the destructive effects of an insured event.<\/p>\n

\nRisks up to a limit of 1,000 leva – Breaking windows showcases, and Civil liability to third parties
