Only in the period of promotion at the risk of &#8220;Burglary and \/ or using a technical means&#8221; of up to BGN 7,000 \/ in the promotional period \/ they do not have to be described.<\/li>\n<li>No need of ownership documents (Notarial Deed) to be presented;<\/li>\n<li>You can insure not only your own home but also your parents\u2019 or relatives\u2019 one. The home\u2019s owner does not have obligatorily to attend \u2013 you can conclude the insurance on their behalf.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance sums are made on a real value basis, thus instead of the insured property, another of the same type, quality and condition can be purchased at the date of the insurance;<\/li>\n<li>The minimum premium on this insurance is 20 leva.<\/li>\n<li>Self-participation in &#8220;earthquake&#8221; risk <strong>does not<\/strong> apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risks covered:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u201cBasic coverage\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 against fire, thunder, lightning, explosion,<br \/>\nimplosion, collision (fall) of aircraft, flying bodies, parts and objects falling from them.<br \/>\n\u201cExtended coverage 1\u2033: Natural disasters \u2013 storm, hurricane, hail, torrential rain, severity and soaking due to natural accumulation of ice and snow, frost, flood due to natural disasters, damage from falling trees, branches and other external objects due to natural disasters sliding snow masses (avalanche);<br \/>\n\u201cExtended coverage 2\u2033: Wetting because of bursting of plumbing, sewage, heating, ventilation, sprinkler (fire) steam systems or of a forgotten open valve.<br \/>\n\u201cExtra coverage 1\u2033: Burglary and\/or use of technical devices;<br \/>\n\u201cExtra coverage 2\u2033: Vandalism, arson and malicious explosion;<br \/>\n\u201cExtra coverage 3\u2033: Robbery;<br \/>\n\u201cExtra coverage 4\u2033: Short circuit, overvoltage or electric shock;<br \/>\n\u201cExtra coverage 5\u2033: Damage to insured property in blow from a vehicle or an animal, which do not belong or are out of the control of the Insured;<br \/>\n\u201cExtra coverage 6\u2033: Earthquake;<br \/>\n\u201cExtended coverage 1\u2033: Breaking windows and showcases;<br \/>\n\u201cExtended coverage 4\u2033: Civil liability to third parties;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: To the Basic coverage you can also add only certain risks of extra and extended coverage!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DALLBOGG: LIFE AND HEALTH INC.
